Cores

Administration
This core is headed by the MAC Director. Although all funding to MAC is channeled through the Kamuzu University of Health Sciences (Kuhes), the MAC administration team is the main link between the University and the Principal Investigators on one hand and the donors on the other hand. Thus in grant management, the administrative team is involved in: budgeting; record keeping; expenditure tracking; financial reporting. We also support all MAC projects in the areas of procurement and human resource management, all in conjunction with the appropriate departments within Kuhes.
